With five locations across Yorkshire, we strive to share the love of Judo in each and every class we present. Within the walls of our Dojo, Judo is more than a sport. Judo trains the mind, builds relationships, relieves stress and creates communities – each feature as fulfilling as the next.
The ethos of Judo is one of its kind. There’s no punching, kicking or board breaking; instead, we train our members to defeat their
opponent by breaking their balance rather than by force or strength. In turn, we teach our members to value patience, courage, and respect.
With each class tailor-made to suit the individuals within it, our expert coaches connect with every member to deliver a unique, dynamic session. Learn judo in a professional, welcoming environment, whether you’re a complete beginner, an adult starting late, or a parent looking
for a safe martial art for your child. Safety is our first priority. All beginners learn how to fall safely before practicing throws. Training is progressive, supervised, and adapted to each student.

The goal of our coaches is to help every member improve their self-confidence; this is no exception in our children’s classes. Our coaches work with children to develop self-discipline and promote respectfulness, encouraging them to make friends and enjoy themselves during the process. Our children’s classes are available to every child between the age of 5-15.

Our adult classes are specially designed to target both physical and mental well-being, creating a community between yourself and fellow members. Safety-first teaching, structured beginners programme. No experience required, progressive learning, controlled training, supportive environment. Regardless of background, gender or martial arts experience, our adult classes are available to anybody aged 15+.

Whether you're a beginner or an experienced martial artist, our expert-led women-only Judo classes help you improve technique, fitness, and self-defence skills in a friendly and motivating environment.
